I was thinking...
Komodo dragons and Grizzly...obviously separated somehow and not too well fed (depending on how many door to door preachers have been through lately).

Of course walls, mine fields, air defenses, guards, hounds etc etc.

And finally a tac-nuke for when you run out of ammo and/or hired mercenaries (along with a hidden escape route for you and your ';personal staff';).

I'm talking Bond villain level defenses. We're rich.
